4 AM Nation is the backbone of this country. We are the dedicated individuals of the construction industry that wake up each morning at 4 AM and grind.

From new construction, turnarounds, outages, rebuilds, pipeline, offshore or whatever the job is and where ever it takes you, you are there putting in the time and doing what is necessary to get the job done to provide for yourself and your family.

Day shift, night shift, or whatever the shift may be, it does matter, you are there kicking ass and getting the job done. You don't have time for excuses or whiners, you are focused on just getting the job done, getting home, and then moving on to the next one.

THE TIP OF THE SPEAR - Each and everyone of you are The Tip of The Spear. You are out front dealing with the elements, facing the dangers that your job task requires for that day, doing what it takes to get the job done as safely as possible, but unfortunately not all of our brothers and sisters make it home at the end of the day. It's a dangerous profession we are in but we get up, show up and do what we have to do each day to provide for ourselves and our families.

ABOUT - We are a small business with family members, past and present, that are iron workers, carpenters, welders, pipefitters, boilermarkers, and instrument techs just to mention a few. 4 AM Nation was started with the idea of recognizing all those that rise early to start their day in creating the life that they want and providing for those that they care for.
